Russia and Ukraine Negotiations to Take Place in Brest
The negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will take place in Brest. They are expected to begin at 15:00. This was stated by Vladimir Medinsky, aide to the President of the Russian Federation.
He also reported that rumors of the negotiations being moved to another date and location are not true. Medinsky noted that the Russian proposals in the negotiations with Ukraine consist of three parts: military-technical, humanitarian-international, and political.
