Lukashenko Assures He Does Not Plan to Participate in Ukraine Operations
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated that Minsk does not plan to participate in the Russian special operation in Ukraine. According to Lukashenko, the Belarusian army has not and will not participate in military operations.
He also assured that this can be proven to everyone: “Furthermore, the Russian leadership has never raised this issue with us regarding our participation in the armed conflict. We do not intend to participate in this special operation taking place in Ukraine. There is no need for that. We are protecting our border to prevent the infiltration of radicals and weapons into our country,” Lukashenko's statements are quoted by Sputnik.
Lukashenko mentioned that Minsk is doing everything possible to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine.
