Iran Plans to Build Power Plants with a Capacity of 35,000 MW
Iran is planning to build several power plants with a total capacity of 35,000 MW using renewable energy resources. This announcement was made on Monday by Mahmoud Kamani, the Deputy Minister of Energy and head of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization.
He noted that next year, Iran intends to begin the construction of new power plants based on renewable energy sources, with a total capacity of 35,000 MW.
Earlier, Kamani had announced plans for the production of electricity with a capacity of 10,000 MW.
