Over 200 Vehicles Unable to Move Due to Snowdrift in Spitak Corners
For over 2 hours, a state of emergency has arisen on the Yerevan-Vanadzor highway section leading from Tsilk'ar to the Spitak corners.
According to shamshyan.com, more than 200 vehicles are unable to navigate the route due to heavy snowfall.
The poor condition of the road is attributed not only to the management team of the road service operating this area but also to drivers who have summer tires, despite repeated warnings from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the traffic police advising drivers to switch to winter tires.
