18-Year-Old Young Man Dies After Serious Car Accident in Armavir Province
On November 18, an 18-year-old resident of Armavir Province, Hamlet Sloyan, died at the Armenia Medical Center. According to shamshyan.com, he was transferred to the specified medical facility with a critical diagnosis from the Armavir Medical Center, where he had been taken earlier that day around 12:00 PM due to injuries sustained in a serious car accident.
As reported by a photojournalist from the scene, a major traffic accident occurred in Armavir Province on November 15. At approximately 12:00 PM, a collision happened on the 1st km section of the Arazap-Vardanashen road between a MAN truck driven by 32-year-old Zaven Nazaretian and a VAZ 2106 car driven by 18-year-old Hamlet Sloyan. Following the accident, the driver of the VAZ was transported to the Armavir Medical Center with serious injuries.
Citizens had pulled him out of the vehicle and transported him to the Armavir Medical Center in their own vehicle, where, after receiving first aid, he was subsequently transferred by ambulance to one of Yerevan's hospitals.
