Ararat Mirzoyan Details Discussions with Bayramov and Agreements Reached
At a press conference, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced that an agreement has been reached within the framework of the UN to continue upcoming meetings between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia. "Meetings are planned. At least, an agreement has been reached to continue the process and organize a new meeting," said Mirzoyan.
The Armenian Foreign Minister indicated that an agreement has also been reached regarding the upcoming visit of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group to the region.
During his meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Mirzoyan noted that they discussed humanitarian issues, particularly the release of prisoners, clarifying the fates of missing soldiers and civilians, as well as the accessibility of cultural monuments.
It should be recalled that on September 23, a meeting took place between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, with the participation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group during the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.
