According to Hraparak.am, the National Security Service (NSS) conducted searches yesterday at the St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center polyclinic and discovered fake vaccination certificates. The same sources indicate that there are individuals who have been detained.
The former director of the polyclinic, Artak Jumayan, who is now the Deputy Minister of Health, confirmed the website's report regarding the NSS operations, stating that this was at the order of the Prime Minister.
Regarding the discovery of fake certificates and the detention of individuals, he expressed his trust in the law enforcement agencies.
It is noteworthy that in Armenia, about 10% of the vaccinated population consists of foreigners, some are 'fake' vaccinated, while others have received actual vaccinations. Even combined, Armenia has the lowest vaccination rates in the region.
