VIDEO: Vladimir Putin Declares Artsakh is Armenia During Meeting with Erdogan
During a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Artsakh is Armenia. This was reported by Infoteka 24.
Putin made the remark while discussing the operations of the Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“The Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire is actively operating along the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” said Putin.
It should be noted that the joint Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire and controlling all military operations is located in the occupied region of Aghdam, close to the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line.
Ultimately, the news outlet concluded that Putin has effectively declared that Artsakh is Armenia.
