Video: Footage from the Site of the L-410 Plane Crash in Irkutsk. What Caused the Accident?

The head of Kazachin Airport, Boris Kalinin, has announced that only one member of the crew (the second pilot) was killed in the L-410 plane crash in the Irkutsk region, while the aircraft commander survived.

According to Kalinin, there was a failure in the navigation system on board the aircraft. This, presumably, has caused the accident. Kalinin also reported that the weather conditions at the time were suitable for landing, with visibility ranging from 4 to 6 kilometers and light fog.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that there are 12 injured, while the number of casualties is still being verified.
