Armenian Telegram channels report that there is no electricity in the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, as well as in Askeran and Ivanjan.
It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated that Azerbaijani forces had opened fire from Shushi, with gunfire sounds also heard in Stepanakert.
