Attempted Murder in Yerevan: Doctors Fight for 25-Year-Old's Life
On September 2, around 9:00 PM, a call was made to the Central Police Department from the Kanaker-Zeytun Medical Center reporting that a young man had been admitted with "abdominal and limb stab wounds." According to shamshyan.com, police and investigators found that the victim is 25-year-old Harutyun Harutyunyan, a resident of Yerevan, who is currently unable to provide any explanation as he is in the operating room.
With operational information, police and investigators established that he had been stabbed multiple times by an unknown individual near 9 Tumanyan Street.
A criminal case has been initiated by the 2nd Investigative Division of the Central and Norq-Masar regions of the Investigative Committee of Armenia under Article 34-104, part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
