Does the Army Face Challenges in Conducting Combat in Artsakh under Ineffective Negotiations? Abrahamyan

The government program does not clearly express the main issue related to security, specifically what challenges are posed to the armed forces. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the 'Honorary Duty' faction in the National Assembly.

“It seems that it should be clear to everyone what the task is, but it is unclear. Will the armed forces ensure the security of Artsakh under any circumstances, or not? Does the army face challenges in conducting combat in Artsakh under ineffective negotiations?” asked Abrahamyan.

He emphasized that the effectiveness of the program presented by the government, at least in the security block, depends on the clear tasks set before the armed forces, adding that he does not see any answers to numerous issues.
