Chess U20 European Championship: Armenian Players Share 1st-5th Positions

Before the final round of the European U20 Chess Championship, Grandmaster Emin Ohanyan and International Masters Alex Sahakyan and Vahe Sukiasyan have each amassed 6 points out of a possible 8 and share the 1st to 5th positions, as reported by the Armenian Chess Federation.

In the women's tournament, Women's FIDE Master Nvard Hayrapetyan has 5.5 points and shares the 3rd to 6th positions. The championship is taking place in the city of Cetinje, Montenegro. The final round of the championship will commence on August 15 at 16:00 Armenian time.
