I declare that there has been absolutely no talk of enclaves in our time. This was stated by the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a meeting with citizens, responding to a question from one of the citizens regarding enclaves.

Sargsyan noted that since he has worked in positions that allowed him to have sufficient information, he asserts that no authority in Armenia has discussed the issue of enclaves. “He is a windmill, swaying air; let him take out the document and show it; once, he should show something, or not?” he said and called on Nikol Pashinyan to present a document about when negotiations regarding enclaves took place.
