Who Allowed the Filming, What is the Means of Connection, What Image Has Been Captured from a Positioning Perspective: Tevan Poghosyan

Tevan Poghosyan, the head of the International Center for Human Development, writes on his Facebook page: “Security. Security of the state border. And what do we have today? Videos, images of the terrain, soldiers with smartphones in their hands, one day humiliating stories from the other side, the next day our compliance with obligations... but have we considered its inadmissibility from a security perspective? Who allowed the filming, what is the means of connection, what image has been captured from a positioning perspective, and why do we see a repetition of the same approach for the second time, alongside many questions related to security?

The only information we are waiting for is whether those armed violators of the Republic of Armenia's state border have been arrested or eliminated. That is what we need from a security standpoint, not what we currently have. I wonder who needs this and who is the real beneficiary of it. Step back, for the sake of Armenia, for the sake of our homeland's security.”
