Mr. Prime Minister, you have made our diplomacy zero: We have numerous achievements, decades and years of work. Ultimately, everything depends on the policy you dictate. This was stated by Hrayr Karapetyan, the former Consul General of Armenia in Saint Petersburg, during his speech at a rally that began in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Our diplomacy does not raise the issue of Azerbaijan's military crimes in international forums; in fact, to some extent, the ombudsman is performing the functions of the foreign ministry, and there is no response to threats from Azerbaijani leaders. The foreign ministry must urgently appeal to the UN Security Council to demand a condemnatory resolution for these warlike statements, as it may be too late,” he insisted.
