Reasons Behind Absence of Armenian Military Technology at Abu Dhabi Exhibition Revealed, Investigation Launched
The Armenian Ministry of High-Tech Industry has provided details regarding the absence of exhibits from Armenian companies at the IDEX-2021 international arms exhibition. The transport of the exhibits was organized in advance, calculated to ensure that the delivery would arrive on-site before the exhibition opened.
However, due to logistical issues, the exhibits of Armenian military technology did not reach Abu Dhabi. To clarify the circumstances surrounding this situation, an internal investigation has been initiated by the minister's order.
Despite these challenges, Armenian companies are working effectively to present themselves appropriately at the exhibition. They are establishing connections with international partners, uncovering new opportunities and markets, and studying global practices in the defense technology sector.
It is noteworthy that earlier reports indicated Armenia did not present military technology samples at the world’s largest military exhibition, IDEX, which opened in Abu Dhabi on February 21; the stand was left empty, and only brochures were displayed.
