Driver Hits Approximately 20-Year-Old Girl in Yerevan
Today, on February 12, a hit-and-run incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 10:40 AM, the driver of a Citroen vehicle struck a pedestrian on Sayat Nova avenue.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the driver did not flee the scene, called for an ambulance, and assisted the medical team in transporting the injured individual to Yerevan's University Hospital No. 1. Subsequently, the driver reported the incident to the police.
The police are working to determine the identities of both the driver and the injured party. Witnesses at the scene stated that the victim appeared to be a girl approximately 20 years old.
