Earthquake Recorded in Turkey
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 has been recorded in the Gemerek region of Sivas province in central Turkey, reports Ermenihaber.
According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD), the earthquake occurred on February 8 at 01:01 local time. The tremors were registered at a depth of 16.68 km underground. Preliminary information indicates that there are no human or material losses. However, the earthquake has caused panic among the population.
