The Working Group on the Nagorno-Karabakh Issue to Discuss Transportation Infrastructure on January 30
The trilateral working group on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue will discuss the restoration of transportation infrastructure in the region on January 30. This was announced by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk to TASS.
“The topics are defined in the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. First of all, we will address the issues of development and restoration of transportation infrastructure,” he said.
Overchuk found it difficult to say how often meetings at the level of deputy prime ministers would take place. “For now, I can’t say anything, we are meeting for the first time,” added the Russian Deputy Prime Minister.
As previously reported, the trilateral working group on the unblocking of economic and transport links is set to meet on January 30 in Moscow.
