Partial Entry and Exit Restrictions Established in Noragyugh and Hovsepavan Communities of Artsakh
The administration of the Askeran region in Artsakh has released a statement.
"Dear compatriots, starting from January 16 at 18:00, partial entry and exit restrictions have been established in the Noragyugh and Hovsepavan communities of the region. To ensure the implementation of the special regime and to monitor the movement of individuals and vehicles, three checkpoints have been installed at designated locations by the Askeran Division of Police. Citizens will be provided with medical masks free of charge. We urge you to adhere to the rules of discipline and follow the instructions of specialists to avoid new outbreaks of the pandemic and to overcome the coronavirus infection as soon as possible."
