Road Conditions in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia.

In the Aragatsotn region, the roads leading to the Amberd Fortress and Kari Lake are closed.

In the Kotayk region, there is fog in the areas of Yeghvard, Nor Geghi, Bujakan, and Teghenik.

Regarding the Lars situation, according to information received from Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Emergency Management Department and Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry Crisis Management Center in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.

Additionally, information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicates that the ban on foreigners entering Georgia remains in effect. However, this ban does not apply to cargo transportation.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
