Artsakh President Discusses Infrastructure Restoration Issues with Tigran Avinyan
On December 22, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan received Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Avinyan. This was reported by the Artsakh presidential press office.
A number of issues related to the restoration of infrastructure in Artsakh were discussed. In particular, the need for rapid and adequate electricity supply and communication for the city of Martuni and all other settlements in Artsakh was emphasized, as well as the necessity to start housing construction programs.
The parties agreed to further coordinate and multiply their joint efforts to overcome the severe socio-economic situation following the war.
