Arayik Harutyunyan Visits Contracted Soldiers of the Artsakh Defense Army Returned to Homeland
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, visited on December 21 the soldiers of the Artsakh Defense Army who had returned to their homeland after about 70 days of uncertainty. He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, and met with the soldiers in a hospital in the capital, where they are receiving medical assistance.
The country’s leader inquired about their health status and had conversations with the recovering soldiers. He assured them that, if necessary, the state would organize their treatment in leading foreign clinics.
The doctors confirmed that the soldiers' lives are not at risk, but they must remain under the supervision of specialists for some time.
