43 Participants of Civil Disobedience Action Demanding Pashinyan's Resignation Detained
43 individuals participating in a civil disobedience action demanding the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan have been detained. This was reported by the press service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia in response to a request from Tert.am.
“They were detained for committing an act under Article 182 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia,” the Police stated.
It should be noted that Article 182 of the Administrative Offenses Code specifies that failure to comply with a legitimate request of a serviceman or police officer while carrying out their duties to maintain public order and ensure public safety can result in a fine of up to half the minimum wage.
