According to Armenpress, the basis for the decision to appeal to the Constitutional Court on this issue is mentioned as Article 95 of the Constitution, as well as the Anti-Corruption Commission's conclusion from October 26, 2020, regarding the violation of incompatibility requirements by the National Assembly member.
