1400 Armenian Passports Issued to Azerbaijani Speakers, Claims Garnik Isagulyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was aware of the upcoming war 1.5 months ago. This was stated by Garnik Isagulyan, the head of the 'National Security' party, during a press conference today, where he described it as the largest act of collective treason in Armenian history, led by Pashinyan and the MPs of 'My Step' who made military rearrangements that led to defeat.
Isagulyan emphasized that the newly appointed Minister of Emergency Situations, Andranik Piloyan, is primarily responsible for the defeat on the southern front, despite receiving the title of national hero.
“When Turkish units entered Shushi, it was liberated the next day, but then there was an order to retreat. Our troops near Stepanakert were not warned that those retreating from Shushi were not Azerbaijanis, but the Armenian forces ordered to withdraw from Shushi. We had a significant number of casualties from firing on each other; Armenians fired upon Armenians under Pashinyan's orders,” said Garnik Isagulyan.
He also revealed during the press conference that an enemy group of 400 people had entered the city of Hadrut from behind, crossing from Nakhichevan through Kajaran to Artsakh without any obstacles. “This was facilitated by the former head of the National Security Service, Argishti Kyaramyan. Through the heads of passport divisions, 1400 Armenian passports were issued to Azerbaijani speakers. This was done by Argishti Kyaramyan. They tried to cover this up, and at one time he was held in the Shushi prison. Why did you free him later? Because Nikol understood that if Argishti Kyaramyan were accused of state and homeland treason, it would implicate him and Anna Hakobyan. Tell the truth; if not, I promise to reveal names of those who were in the bunker in a week,” Isagulyan announced.
