Criminal Case Initiated by Special Investigation Service Based on Moses Hakobyan's Press Conference
The Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia has initiated a criminal case based on the materials prepared regarding the press conference of the former head of the Ministry of Defense's Military Supervision Service, Moses Hakobyan.
This was confirmed by the Special Investigation Service in response to a query from Tert.am. "The criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. An investigation is underway," they stated.
