Six More Citizens Arrested in Connection with Mass Unrest: Eduard Aghajanyan
The head of the Prime Minister's office, Eduard Aghajanyan, announced that six citizens have been arrested on suspicion of committing crimes outlined in Articles 225 (sections 1, 2, and 4), 301, and 301.1 (section 1) of the Armenian Criminal Code. These offenses are related to mass unrest, calls to seize power, and violently overthrow the constitutional order, as well as incidents of coercion against the National Assembly and government of Armenia.
Among those arrested are two of the most active participants in the operation against the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan. All offenders will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
