Phone Call Between the Prime Ministers of Georgia and Armenia
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, has held a phone conversation with his Armenian counterpart, Nikol Pashinyan. According to Aliq.ge, this information was disseminated by the press service of the Georgian Government Administration.
During the conversation, the parties discussed the existing situation around Nagorno-Karabakh, emphasized the importance of reaching a comprehensive agreement on a ceasefire, and expressed hope that a positive dynamic would be maintained in the implementation process.
"The Prime Ministers highlighted the importance of resolving the conflict in the South Caucasus through peaceful means, in the interest of stability and development of the countries in the region," the statement said.
