Calm in the Border Areas of Ararat Region, No Need for Concern: Governor
The border areas of the Ararat region are calm at the moment, and there is no need for concern, wrote Ararat Governor Garik Sargsyan on his Facebook page.
"The border areas of the Ararat region are currently calm, and the communities of Paruyr Sevak and Yeraskh continue to live their normal lives. Everything along the border is under control, and there is no need for alarm," the governor stated.
Earlier, we reported that a Russian helicopter had crashed in the Ararat region. Preliminary reports indicate there are 2 fatalities and 1 injury.
