Another Earthquake in the Aegean Sea
On November 6, a 4.5 magnitude earthquake was registered in the Aegean Sea, reports ermenihaber. According to the Turkish disaster and emergency management authority (AFAD), the earthquake occurred around 01:16 local time. The seismic activity was recorded at a depth of 8.32 km.
According to data from Turkey's Kandilli Observatory, the earthquake's magnitude was actually 4.4. Three minutes after the first earthquake, another tremor was registered near the Greek island of Samos in the Aegean Sea, measuring 3.6 in magnitude. This aftershock was detected at a depth of 9.7 km.
