Barbarism and terrorism have completely consumed our environment. Yesterday, a new act of terrorism occurred in Vienna. I am deeply shocked by this dreadful attack. I express my full solidarity with our Austrian friends. Our compatriots in Artsakh are fighting against terrorists sponsored by Turkey and those using their services from Azerbaijan.
