The Idea of Deploying Scandinavian Peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh Should Be Discussed with the Parties Involved - Russian Foreign Ministry
Russian Foreign Ministry representatives have noted that Moscow does not have complete information regarding the U.S. initiative to deploy peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh. Previously, Washington announced that the U.S. government is considering the possibility of sending peacekeepers from Scandinavia to the region.
“The idea of deploying peacekeepers from Scandinavian countries in Nagorno-Karabakh must be discussed with the parties involved in the conflict,” stated Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko.
