No Casualties or Injuries from Azerbaijani Shelling in Martuni
There have been no casualties or injuries following the shelling that occurred in the town of Martuni and surrounding areas in Artsakh during the night of October 31 to November 1.
In a conversation with Armenpress, Vadim Danielyan, the head of the Martuni regional administration, provided an update on the situation as of around 10:50 AM. “The city was shelled from 3 AM until early morning. It has been calm for about two hours now. There is one damaged building. Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries among the civilian population,” Danielyan stated.
He noted that the water supply in Martuni is functioning normally, gas is partially available at about 30 percent, while there is currently no electricity.
