Aliyev Complains Again: Where Do Armenians Get So Much Weaponry?

The leader of the adversarial country questions where Armenians are obtaining the funds to purchase such a large quantity of weapons, seemingly forgetting that his country's population lives in poverty despite the annual export of millions of dollars worth of oil from Azerbaijan, which is controlled by only a few families.
