Azerbaijan's Allegations of Cluster Bombs Targeting Barda Denied by Artsakh President's Spokesman

The spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, Vahram Poghosyan, has denied reports claiming that the Armenian side used cluster bombs targeting the city of Barda, which resulted in civilian casualties.

“We have not used such weapons towards Barda. The Defense Army employs different types of armaments, targeting only military objects, the list of which has been published by the Defense Army,” Poghosyan told Armenpress.
