Amount of Murderer's Honorarium for Assassination of Azerbaijan's Main Thief Revealed
Several million dollars have been promised by the orderers for the assassination of Azerbaijani 'thief in law' Nadir Salifov (Lota Guli). This information about the murderer's honorarium was disclosed by a source to the Daily Storm publication, as reported by lenta.ru.
According to the source, they promised to pay for the assassination of the authority's bodyguard, 25-year-old Khagan Zeynallov (Khan Ahmadlinski). The source also clarified that the number of bullets fired at Guli was symbolic; the four bullets represented the four years since the death of Rovshan Janiyev (Lankaran), whose murder ordering many suspected the main thief of Azerbaijan.
On August 18, 2016, Janiyev was shot dead in Istanbul. On August 19, 2020, Guli himself was assassinated. It was reported that at the time of the murder, Guli was sitting with his back to the door and playing cards. In the room, besides the authority, two other people were present, including his bodyguard. The assassin, Zeynallov, went unnoticed as he had long been integrated into Guli's circle and had gained the authority's trust. The 'thief in law' was killed with shots to the nape and back.
