D. Galoyan's Administrative Appeals Process Concluded
The administrative hearings regarding the invalidation of the academic degree of Doctor of Economics awarded to citizen D. Galoyan have been completed. D. Galoyan had submitted administrative appeals concerning decisions made by the President of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance on July 9 and 17 regarding the invalidation of the academic degree and the corresponding order.
This information has been reported on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.
During the administrative proceedings, the details of the appeals were examined, as well as the legality and compliance of the actions taken with the regulations of the "Fundamentals of Administrative Proceedings and Administrative Procedure" law.
As a result of a comprehensive analysis of the factual circumstances significant to the appeals and their discussions, the appeals have been upheld.
The administrative proceeding initiated by the President of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance regarding the invalidation of the academic degree awarded to D. Galoyan has been declared completely unlawful, and the order dated July 17, 2020, concerning the invalidation of the academic degree has been declared null and void.
