Police Operative Group Deployed from Yerevan to Arrest Vladimir Gasparyan, Lawyer Says
The former chief of the Armenian Police, General Vladimir Gasparyan's lawyer, Tigran Atanesyan, has reported that an operative group has been deployed from Yerevan to arrest Gasparyan. "A police Niva has been spotted near Vladimir Gasparyan's residence in Sevan, and according to my information, an operative group has left Yerevan to arrest Gasparyan," he stated on his Facebook page.
Earlier, Atanesyan had mentioned that he plans to file a lawsuit on behalf of Vladimir Gasparyan regarding the actions of employees of the Radio Liberty.
