Judge Ara Kubanyan Will Not Be Arrested
The judge of the Bankruptcy Court, Ara Kubanyan, will remain at liberty. The Court of Appeal, presided over by Judge Rouzanna Barbelyan, rejected the prosecutor's appeal regarding the application of arrest as a measure of restraint against Judge Ara Kubanyan. Attorney H. Sargsyan informed "Factinfo" that the court dismissed the appeals and upheld the decision of the first instance court.
