First Plane Loaded with 12 Tons of Medicine and Medical Supplies Arrives in Lebanon from Armenia in One Hour

In about an hour, the first plane from Armenia will arrive in Lebanon, loaded with 12 tons of medicine and medical supplies.

As noted by the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, Zareh Sinanyan, today’s assistance will be provided to Lebanon, and subsequently, special aid will be delivered to the Armenian community in Beirut based on their needs.

Tomorrow and on August 11, additional planes will depart from Armenia to Lebanon.

“These three aid flights will not be sufficient, so today our delegation will depart to familiarize themselves with the issues of Armenians on the ground, aiming to provide further support,” Sinanyan stated.
