Viva-MTS Faces Issues; Backup Infrastructure Currently Operational
Issues have arisen at Viva-MTS, impacting services for several hours. The company announced on its Facebook page that due to unexpected high traffic on the mobile network, a malfunction in one of its subsystems has led to certain areas experiencing difficulties with voice and data transmission services.
The company's rapid response team is taking necessary measures to resolve the disruption. Currently, the backup infrastructure of Viva-MTS is operational. The company has requested the patience of its subscribers.
It is worth noting that prior to this, there were also disruptions in the operations of the UCOM telecommunications company.
