Foreign Ministry Urges Citizens to Temporarily Avoid Travel to Several Countries
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has issued a statement regarding the spread of the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19), urging Armenian citizens to temporarily refrain from traveling to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the People's Republic of China, Japan, the Republic of South Korea, and the Republic of Italy (especially northern regions), except in cases of strict necessity.
However, in the event of being present in or traveling to these countries, citizens are advised to follow the guidelines and recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Armenia or the relevant authorities of the respective countries. If necessary, they should also contact Armenian embassies.
