60-Year-Old Driver Hits 82-Year-Old Woman in Alaverdi

On February 7, at 19:40, a report was received from a hospital indicating that 82-year-old Nina Arakelyan had received medical assistance. According to her son's statement, his mother sustained injuries after falling in the street. This was reported by the police.

On the same day at around 20:00, it was reported that around 18:30, the driver of a Nissan Murano hit the 82-year-old woman while backing up in the yard of one of the buildings in the 3rd district of Alaverdi.

The 60-year-old driver of the Nissan Murano was summoned to the Tumanyan police station and admitted that he was responsible for the accident.

At approximately 20:55 on February 7, 82-year-old Nina Arakelyan passed away in the hospital. An investigation is underway.
