Emergency Alert: Resident Locked in Room Attempting Self-Harm with Knife

On February 6, at 21:13, the National Center for Crisis Management received an alert that a resident of an apartment in building 48/19 of the Victory neighborhood in Yerevan had locked themselves in a room and was attempting to harm themselves with a knife.

Emergency services dispatched one firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Department and a junior instructor from the Psychological Support Division of the Medical Service to the scene.
