Special Investigation Service Raids Home of Hrayr Tovmasyan, Says Lawyer

The Special Investigation Service is currently conducting a raid at the residence of Hrayr Tovmasyan, the president of the Constitutional Court. This was announced by one of Tovmasyan's lawyers, Amram Makinyan, on his Facebook page.

“After the completion of the raid, the legal team of the president of the Constitutional Court will make a statement,” he wrote.

It is worth noting that Hrayr Tovmasyan has been charged under Article 308, Part 2 of the Armenian Criminal Code for abuse of official powers, with the charges dating back to December 27, 2019.
