“The adjusted budget for the city of Armavir for 2020 amounts to 1,224,000,000 drams (planned budget + savings). Dear Armavirians, this is the best proof of effective teamwork and mutual trust. I am confident that 2020 will be a much, much better year, let’s go!” wrote the mayor.
