21-Year-Old Charged with Committing Impertinent Acts Against a 16-Year-Old Girl

A 21-year-old resident of Yerevan has been charged with committing sexual and impertinent acts against a minor under the age of sixteen.

As reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia, the young man met the 15-year-old girl through the website odnoklassniki.ru, and after gaining her trust, he performed sexual acts with her, engaging in lewd conversations about sexual life through phone calls and messages.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been completed. The criminal case, with an accusatory conclusion, has been sent to court. The 21-year-old young man is in custody.
