The Appellate Court's Decision on Kocharian's Case Will Be Announced on December 20

The member of Robert Kocharian's legal team, Hayk Alumyann, presented an appeal to the Appellate Criminal Court against the decision of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, which deemed the application of bail for Robert Kocharian inadmissible.

Hayk Alumyann noted that the ruling of the First Instance Court does not align with the approaches of the European Court of Human Rights.

The discussion of the appellate complaint has concluded, and the court, presided over by Judge Lusine Abgaryan, has retreated to the deliberation room. The decision of the Appellate Court will be announced on December 20 at 16:00.
